Minibook Oh What Fun collection | Susi Becerra

Hello Pinkfresh Studio friends! Happy Holidays! I am so excited to share my new project with you! I love the Oh What Fun collection as I'm sure you do as well!

I decided to make a mini-book using one piece of 12x12 patterned paper to document some Christmas moments.

To do the base of the mini-book I chose the beautiful Merriest wishes patterned paper. First, I cut the paper to 8x12 inches and scored it at 4'' -  5'' -  9''.

I added a piece of the Holiday Walk patterned paper to the inside of each flap. I stitched them using my sewing machine. Also I decorated the inside of the hinge with the Merry Everything paper.

To decorate the cover I used the gorgeous Magic from Puffy Stickers Phrase along with some die cuts and  puffy stickers from the collection.

The inside of the minibook is divided in three parts. On the left side of my minibook I created a pocket using the Season of Joy and Holiday Walk patterned papers. Inside I put a funny  selfie of my daughter and me  and a tag. I decorated the photo with puffy stickers and die cuts. The photo is attached to a card inside which I wrote on a typewriter my journaling. I added HO HO HO using Adore Alpha Stamp set with the Candy Apple and Emerald City ink cubes. I cut them using the Adore Alpha die set.

To make the waterfall card I used the Good Tidings patterned paper. I chose the 3x3 cards for this. After that, I decorated it with photos and some die cuts, enamel dots, puffy stickers..

Finally, on the right side of the mini-book I created a pocket using an element from Journaling Bits. I decorated it with the amazing houses from the Ephemera pack . I added an acetate pocket filled with sequins.

Using another piece from Journaling Bits I put in a photo and wrote my journaling. And that's all.

It has been a lot of fun creating this project. I hope you like it and it gives you some inspiration. Thanks for stopping by and have a great day!
