Order Processing times

ALL ORDERS WILL BE SHIPPED WITHIN 2-3 BUSINESS DAYS.  But during release times/promotions we get really busy and your order may take up to 1-2 weeks to be shipped. We  always try to ship orders out as quickly as possible.

The USPS is experiencing unprecedented package increases and limited employee availability due to the impacts of COVID-19, which may impact delivery times. Pinkfresh Studio LLC is not responsible for these delays.

We appreciate your patience and remain committed to delivering your item.

Customs/duties

Countries outside the U.S. may charge you additional taxes/duties/custom fees/brokerage fees upon delivery and they vary country to country. Please check your local customs office for more information. These fees are YOUR RESPONSIBILITY.

Order cancellations

All sales are final and we will not be able to cancel any orders once they are placed on our website.

Returns

All sales are final and no returns or exchange is allowed.

Lost/damaged/defective products

If your order arrived damaged or if it is defective then please email us at customerservice@pinkfreshstudio.com within 5 business days upon receiving your order with pictures of damaged goods. We will make arrangements to replace your order immediately and in case of unavailability of your order products, refund will be issued. We will not issue refund if we have product in stock. We will not be responsible for damaged goods if you fail to provide us proof of damage within 5 business days after receiving your order.

An order is considered lost 30 days after shipping for all orders within USA. In that case, we will reship your order  if products that you ordered are still in stock or issue refund. 

An order is considered lost 120 days after shipping for all orders outside USA. In that case, we will reship your order  if products that you ordered are still in stock or issue refund.
