Quilt Layout ft. Making the Best of it | Eva Pizarro

Hello everyone, Eva here on the blog sharing a quilt inspired layout made with the lovely Making The Best Of It collection. 

I used the Slim Striped Die to create small strips of paper and then added them to a piece of paper. I cut my paper in a 45 degree angle and then in triangles, creating a pattern on the left side. 

I added one large cluster with embellishments and my photos. The base was one envelope from the Bits & Pieces pack and one scalloped journaling spot. 

I also added some Vellum Flowers and a few die cuts. To finish the look, I added some Puffy Stickers and some Enamel Dots. 

The best part is that I can open the envelope and have my journaling hidden!

And here's the final layout! I love the quilting look!
