Creating Movement with Circles and Shapes

Hello Pinkfresh friends, Karlla here and I'm so happy to share a new project with you all. 

There’s something so joyful about creating a scrapbook page with playful shapes, unexpected details, and lots of color! For this layout, I used the beautiful Ordinary Joys collection to create a fun and dynamic composition centered around circles and geometric shapes.

The combination of patterned papers, colorful circles, playful embellishments, and layered photos brings movement to the page while keeping the memories at the heart of the design. The circles create a sense of rhythm throughout the layout, guiding the eye from one element to another and adding dimension and personality.

Step-by-Step Instructions: 

1. Cut the "Stay Curious" paper 10x10"
2. With the "This Sparks Joy" paper, cut 11x11"
3. Stick one on top of the other with glue.
4. Next, stick the overlay with foam tape onto the "Nature Walk" paper.
5. At the base of the layering, get the size of the 'Fabric Border' strips right and stick them on with foam tape layers.
6. Position and stick the photos with different heights using foam tape.
7. Cut about five circles from the 'Infinite Happiness' paper and stick them around the photos with glue and a layer of foam tape to create dimension.
8. Cut six circles from the paper "What a Delight"
9. Pair them two by two to make 3 pairs. If you prefer, do a stitch in the center joining the two, or just use glue in the center, leaving the edges loose.
10. Place around the photos and stick with different heights of foam tape.
11. Paste the tags you find in 'Chipboard, Cardstock Stickers, and Ephemera.'
12. Cut a blue paper ticket from the 'Begin Again' paper (Fresh Start Collection) and stick it on the tag above the photos.
13. Around the photos, place the embellishments and mini phrases, as well as the title 'Love' that you can find in 'Chipboard and Cardstock Stickers, Ephemera, Chipboard Flair, and Puffy Stickers'.
14. Ends with 'Enamel Shapes'
