Hello everyone! It's Eva on the blog today, sharing a layout created with the lovely The Simple Things collection and the new Ornate Rectangle Frame Die.

I used the Ornate Rectangle Frame Die to cut several frames from the patterned papers and I arranged them in a line, trying to maintain a rainbow order. 

Next, I used the Liquid Watercolors to paint on top of my rectangles. I used the Pastels Set and added the colors directly on top of the background paper.

For my title, I used the Puffy Title Phrases. They have a cool gradient effect! 

I embellished a bit with Ephemera pieces and Chipboard Phrases. I also added a few vellum die cuts. the see through effect is super cute!
