Poinsettia Washi Holiday Wreath | Dilay Nacar
Happy Monday, friends!
Dee here today with a holiday-themed card featuring products from the newest Pinkfresh Studio release! I love creating cards using washi tape and coordinating dies, so I knew the new Poinsettia washi tape would be perfect for creating easy and elegant Christmas cards!
To begin, I die cut the Poinsettia washi tape with its coordinating die. This process is super simple and I love the ease of creating a bunch of cuts with just one single die and pass! Next, I created the background by die cutting the Ornate Floral die, once in white and once in gold mirror, and adhered the gold (offset) behind the white. Next, I die cut the Stitches die in white then trimmed off 2” to adhere along the left side of the Ornate Floral background.
To add some extra dimension, I die cut the Leafy Branch, once in gold and once in white, adhered it behind the wreath then adhered both to the center of the panel with foam squares. To add a bit of sparkle, I adhered Metallic Gold Pearls to the center of the poinsettias!
Finally, for the sentiment, I foiled the Holiday Perfect Sentiments hot foil plate, die cut it with its coordinating die, then adhered it to the center of the wreath with foam squares. To finish, I mounted the panel onto an A2-sized, top-folding card base!
Quite simple, right? I hope that you enjoyed learning about how I created this card, thank you so much for stopping by! Have a wonderful week, crafty friends!
