Hi, Pinkfresh friends! Hope you’re having a wonderful pre-Christmas week! It’s TaeEun here today with a couple of cards featuring some of the new items from December Release!

I used the hot foiled Lush Vines as the backdrop for the floral elements in my two cards!

For the first card I hot foiled the Lush Vines in silver and arranged a floral border using no line watercolored flowers from In the Meadow stamp set.

I started by stamping the In the Meadow images in Peach Fuzz on some watercolor paper. I then watercolored the flowers in pink and the leaves in various shades of purple, turquoise and violet. For the berries I used dark blue and violet. Once watercoloring was done I cut them all using the coordinating die and set them aside.

Before hot foiling the Lush Vines I watercolored an area of a watercolor paper panel in pink, purple and turquoise which I used to color the flowers from In the Meadow. After the panel was dry I splattered turquoise and pink watercolor and let it dry. Next I hot foiled the Lush Vines on the panel in silver.

I cut a side of the panel using the scallop die from the Classic Edgers die set. I also cut the edge from some white cardstock to layer them under the colored panel.

I stamped the long sentiment from the In the Meadow set on the bottom of a white cardbase in Detail Black and foam mounted the hot foiled panel with the scalloped edge on it.

I then arranged the flowers along the curved edge of the front panel. The thank you sentiment is from the Built on Dreams set. I heat embossed it in silver, die cut it and added it to the card using Foam tape. I finished off the card with some Metallic Silver Pearls.

For the second card I hot foiled Lush Vines in gold and added a sweet floral cluster from Citrus Bloom set to it.

I started by ink blending a Bristol Smooth paper panel in Apricot, Ocean Breeze, Soft Lilac and Coral Reef. I sprayed pearl water on the panel to get a subtle texture. After the panel was dry I hot foiled the Lush Vines on it in gold.

I cut the bottom part of the panel using the Folk Edge Rectangles die to get an angled corner. I did a partial die cut to cut only one end of the panel.  I cut one more white cardstock in the same way and layered it under the ink blended panel. I then added the panel on a white top fold cardbase using foam tape. I stamped the sentiment from Always Uplifting set on the cardbase in Detail Black.

The Citrus Bloom was heat embossed in gold and stenciled using Layering stencil set. I took the same color scheme like the background panel. For the flowers I used Apricot, Coral Reef, Sparkling Rose and Soft Lilac. The lemons were stenciled in Sunshine and Sweet Mustard. For the leaves I used Key Lime and Ocean Breeze. I die cut the images using the coordinating die.

I cut some vellum using the Citrus Bloom die, adhered it under my stenciled floral cluster slightly shifted, added golden thread under it and mounted them on the front panel using foam tape. To add more shine I scattered a few Sparkling Champagne Metallic Pearls on the card.

That’s it from me for today. Hope you enjoyed looking my cards!

Wishing you and yours a blessed Holiday!

Thanks for stopping by!
