Lots of Love | TaeEun Yoo
Hello, Pinkfresh friends! Hope your week is off to a great start! It’s TaeEun here today with a card in pink and purple. I used Be Strong stamp, stencil and die sets, Lots of Love die and the new Leafy Branch from the latest release. For the background I used Slim Leafy Squares stencil.
After I choose stamp and (or) die sets for my cards what I do first thing is picking the colors to use. This time it was pink and purple :) . I added a bit of yellow hue to the flowers and background which makes the card look a bit calmer.
I started off by heat embossing the Be Strong image in silver. I then colored it in pink and purple using the coordinating layering stencils. For the base layer of the flowers I first ink blended in Ballet Slipper and added darker shade using Sparkling Rose. The second layer of the flowers was colored in Raspberry Bliss. For the third layer of the flowers I used Marigold as my yellow. The purple leaves were stenciled in Candy Violet and Regal Kiss.
After the stenciling was done I cut the images using the coordinating die. This die cuts all the images with one pass through the die cutting machine so that you can save lots of time :) !
To create the background I ink blended a white panel in Ballet Slipper, Coral Reef, Marigold, Soft Lilac and Candy Violet and once more lightly through Slim Leafy Squares stencil to add some texture to my background. I cut the panel using the Diagonal Stitched Rectangles die and set it aside.
The Lots of Love sentiment was cut three times from white cardstock. The uppermost layer was cut from a panel on which I ink blended Regal Kiss, Raspberry Bliss and Candy Violet. To add some sparkle I heat embossed the letters in Clear Iridescent embossing powder and added a coat of clear embossing to seal the glitter. The shadow layer of the sentiment was cut from some white cardstock. I stacked the die cut pieces together and set it aside.
I then assembled the card. First I added the vellum Leafy Branch 2 to the background panel, and foam mounted the flowers on it as shown in the picture. I cut off the excessive part of the flowers and adhered the panel on a white cardbase using foam tape.
The sentiment was added onto the center of the card. I scattered some pink and purple Jewels to finish off the card.
Hope you enjoyed looking my card today!
Have a crafty week!

I’m excited to soon be visiting a friend who will allow me to try her PF inks – I’ll let you know how I like them – you certainly do beautiful things with them!
