Hello and happy Monday, Pinkfresh friends! Hope your week is off to a great start! It’s TaeEun here today sharing a Holiday Shaker card featuring Layered Snowflakes die set and Holiday Vibes die set from the September Holiday Stamp and Die Release! Have you enjoyed the release and hopped along on the epic blog hop? Hope you will, if you haven’t already! Also there is still time to comment for a chance to win the awesome giveaways!

Let’s get to my card!

I started off by making the alcohol inked panel using YUPO paper and alcohol ink in Indigo, Mermaid, Aqua and Silver Mixative. I blended the alcohol inks with rubbing alcohol and created a blue ombre panel.

I cut a rectangle from the center of the panel and matted the panel with a heavyweight white panel with a smaller rectangular aperture to show the thin white border around the rectangle window.

The Layered Snowflakes die set has ten snowflakes and their shadow layers.  The snowflakes could be mixed to layer as you want!  I cut all the snowflakes from some white cardstock, white shimmer cardstock and light blue cardstock.

The sentiment was cut four times from some white cardstock using the Holiday Vibes die set. I stacked them all together for some dimension.

Next I started assembling the shaker card. I adhered the center rectangle on a white cardbase and added the die cut sentiment on it. I adhered light blue Crystals on the panel and added some light blue sequins and beads as shaker elements. The frame with a clear acetate sheet was then adhered on the cardbase using two layers of foam tape.

I embellished the frame with my snowflakes by mixing the white, shimmery and light blue ones.  Light blue Jewels was added to the center of the snowflakes and the card was finished!

I really love how this shaker card turned out. I don’t make shaker cards that often but I love them when I do  :) !

Hope you enjoyed looking my card today!

Thank you so much!

Have a nice day!

TaeEun

TaeEun! Only YOU could make SNOW appealing!
Oh my goodness, I love your AI creation – even the blue! That mixative has added such a magical Winter vibe!
Who could have too many snowflake dies? You know in nature every snowflake is different! Such a beautiful Christmas card!
