Soft Gouache Painted Flowers | Kristina Pokazanieva
Hello friends! It’s Kristina here and today I’m sharing this soft card that I made featuring my favorite Just Because stamp set.For this card, I decided to use some pretty blue-gray toned paper that I found in my stash. Usually this paper is used for pastels, but I’ve found that it is thick enough to work with gouache as well.
I’ve started by stamping beautiful flowers onto piece of toned paper with black inks. Next, I mixed white gouache with a tiny amount of Pinkfresh Studio watercolors. I used Bubble Gum, Candy Apple, Key Lime and Espresso adjusting the depth of the colors with white gouache.
Once my coloring was done I stamped the sentiment with clear embossing ink and white heat embossed. Next, I splattered my panel with white gouache. I then mounted it onto white card base with foam tape and finished my card with sequins.
Hope you liked my card! Have a great day!
