Sweet Blooms Vellum Overlay | Caly Person
Hello Friends!
It's Caly with you today sharing a card using lots of wonderful Pinkfresh Studio products. I started with the Sweet Blooms stamp and ink-blended using the Sweet Blooms Stencil to color the images.
After ink-blending the blooms and foliage, I also ink-blended around the outer edges using a soft blue ink.
Pinkfresh Studio Inks used:
Blue: Ocean Breeze
Pinks: Sparkling Rose, Raspberry Bliss
Purple: Candy Violet
Greens: Fresh Pear, Olive
I wanted to soften the colored layer, so I layered a piece of vellum over it - adhering it around the outer edges only so the adhesive wouldn't show. For the frame, I used the Pop-Out: Diamonds stamp and stamped lightly with Misty Coast ink. Then I die-cut it using the coordinating Simply Diamonds die. I adhered this over the colored panel using foam adhesive to give it more dimension.
For my sentiment, I used a combination of Lea's Ornate Uppercase, Lea's Ornate Lowercase, and the Heather Lowercase - isn't it cool that these are all interchangeable depending on how you want your letters to look? I die-cut the letters to spell Hello twice - once in gold and again in pink (ink-blended for an ombre look) to swap out the pieces for the outline before adhering them to my card. To finish, I embellished my card with Jewels.
I hope you like today's card! Thanks so much for stopping by!
