Daisy Slimline Frame Shaker | TaeEun Yoo
Hi, Pinkfresh friends! Hope you’re having a great week so far! It’s TaeEun here today sharing a slimline shaker card featuring Daisy Slimline Frame stamp, Layering stencil and die sets from the latest release. The coordinating die cuts the center of the pretty daisy border. I had to make a shaker card, as the cut out center was inviting me to do that :) !
I started by stamping the Daisy Slimline Frame image in Detail Black ink on a white cardstock. I stamped it again in an embossing ink and clear heat embossed it. I then stenciled the image using the coordinating layering stencil set. I stenciled the flowers in pink and purple using Sparkling Rose / Bubble Gum and Soft Lilac / Candy Violet. The two layers of the leaves and stems were stenciled in blue and green using Sky Blue / Summer Shower and Fresh Pear / Grassy Knoll. The center of some daisies were stenciled in Lemon Whip and Sweet Mustard. I cut the panel using the coordinating die and the Slim Diagonal Stitched Rectangles die and adhered a clear acetate sheet on the back of it.
To create a matching background I decided to make a watercolored daisy field using the same stamp set. I stamped a vertical half of the Daisy Slimline Frame image on a watercolor paper panel in Peach Fuzz. I then covered the stamped image with a scrap paper and stamped the other half on the panel after moving it to make the center part a bit narrower. In that way I could make the daisies peeking out through the shaker window.
I watercolored the daisies and let the panel dry.
I adhered the background on a white slimline cardbase. I then added a few Glacier, Ballet Slipper and Lavender Jewels, pink, purple and clear Crystals and glitter as shaker element. I added the front frame panel to the card with two layers of foam tape to finish off the shaker part.
The sentiment is from Brushed Sentiments Hot Foil plate. I hot foiled it in silver on a purple cardstock and cut it with the coordinating die. The thin sentiment in white is from Charming Floral Border stamp set. I adhered the sentiments with foam tape and made a cute pink bow using the Artistic Bows die set and added it to the card with a large pink Ballet Slipper Jewel.
That’s it from me for today. Hope you enjoyed looking my card!
Thanks for stopping by!

I love how you made this a shaker card. It was my inspiration for my aunt’s birthday card!
Beautiful!
What a darling place to tuck in some of those crystals, TaeEun! And these daisies are so adorable!
