We are thrilled to announce Create & Connect: The Jolly Workshop, our October 2026 virtual cardmaking event filled with holiday cheer, creative inspiration, and plenty of handmade magic!

Join us October 17–18, 2026 for two unforgettable days of festive crafting with Carissa Wiley, Dawn Woleslagle, Jody Morrow, Jennifer McGuire, Kathleen Schmelz, and Yasmin Diaz.

From lush holiday botanicals and beloved Christmas traditions to playful stockings, festive icons, decorative frames, and bold seasonal sentiments, The Jolly Workshop celebrates everything we love about holiday crafting. Across five live classes and one pre-recorded class, our instructors will share fresh techniques, thoughtful design ideas, and plenty of inspiration for turning brand-new Pinkfresh Studio products into beautiful cards you'll be excited to create and send all season long.

Five instructors will teach a live class, about two hours long, featuring two card projects. You'll also receive two bonus make-and-take projects from each of the six instructors, giving you even more inspiration for using your event products beyond the classroom.

Dawn will show you how to combine the coordinating stamp, die, and layering stencils to create beautifully detailed holiday cards filled with traditional Christmas charm.

Yasmin will show you how to use the coordinating die and layering stencils to bring the design to life with color while creating polished holiday cards with plenty of personality.

Stocking Up on Joy with Jody Morrow

Fill the season with handmade fun using Stocking Up on Joy. This playful layering stencil and coordinating die create a festive stocking along with smaller holiday elements perfect for tucking inside. Jody will share creative ways to take this compact product suite beyond a simple focal point and turn its cheerful stocking imagery into cards packed with personality, dimension, and interactive details.

Merry Little Things with Kathleen Schmelz

Sometimes it's the Merry Little Things that make Christmas feel extra special! Kathleen's playful holiday suite is filled with mix-and-match seasonal icons, including ornaments, greenery, a stocking, Christmas tree, reindeer, poinsettia, and more. The coordinating die and layering stencils make it easy to create a colorful collection of individual elements that can be arranged in countless ways.

Kathleen will also work with the Scalloped Gallery coverplate die, creating the perfect framework for showcasing these festive little details.

Stretch Your Supplies Pre-Recorded Video Class with Jennifer McGuire

Jennifer McGuire brings products from across The Jolly Workshop together for a class focused on getting even more from your event kit. Using products from the instructor suites alongside the included Essentials, Jennifer will share creative ways to mix and match elements, build unexpected combinations, and transform familiar supplies into completely new card designs.

With her signature approach to stretching supplies, Jennifer will show you just how versatile your Jolly Workshop products can be long after the event is over. You'll take away fresh ideas for combining products across the different class kits and plenty of inspiration for continuing to create with everything you've received.

Her class will be broadcast at the scheduled time, and Pinkfresh will be on hand to moderate and answer your questions.

Homework

We will send an email with the homework for your class, which includes cutting card bases and panels in advance. This email will go out in the first week of October. We are doing this so that you can prepare for your classes in advance and complete a significant portion of homework that does not require class kits.
