Hello everyone! I'm so HAPPY to be here today to show you my first inspiration with the super awesome Happy Heart collection. These colors, these beautiful flowers and patterns - hach - I'm in LOVE!

This idea of a Globe mini album has been on my table for some time. But as it is sometimes ... how do I start, what do I use ... it takes a while until a project is started. I'll show you today how I made this Globe Mini Album. 

First, I used my circle to draw a 4 1/2 inch circle on white cardstock and added a "foot". I drew this template 6x and cut it out. For the cover and back, I also traced the template onto a slightly thicker cardstock and cut it out as well. I halved it and glued on one of the amazing Happy Heart Papers.

I folded the six pages in half and folded them together. I always glued one half to the other. I taped into the inside of the cover with double sided tape a ribbon. I did the samt with the back. Then I glued both on my folded and glued pages. 

I created the single pages by cutting a 4 1/2 inch circle in half and drawing the two halves onto the chosen Happy Heart Paper and cutting them out. I decorated the half circles with a variety of fabulous Happy Heart Embellishments. 

For these pages I made a pocket on the right by sewing the patterned half together with a white half circle. In it I have hidden a tag with my photo. The decorated half circles I glued on.

And the cool thing about the Globe Mini Album ist that I can put it up as a decoration! That was also my idea behind it! I'll make me right now on the search for a matching place for it.
