Wonderful Girl Layout | Celes Gonzalo

Hello amazing crafters! It's Celes here! I feel so happy! It’s my first post on the PinkFresh blog YAY! I must say I feel nervous too. But I can’t wait to share with you this special 12 x 12 scrapbook layout. The beautiful little lady is my goddaughter. I love her so much. Creating with her photos is amazing for me!

When I saw the English Garden washi tape I fall in love with it. So I decided that it will be the base for my layout. Let’s get started :)

Wonderful Girl Layout

We are going to need white and pink cardstock. I usually use textured paper because I like the final finish. The pink cardstock is only for background use. If you don’t want yo use it, it will be fine.

I cut 1/2 "inch on the sides of the white cardstock and I prepared a diffuse background with inks. I used Ballet Slipper and Sparkling rose dye inks. Also, I added a few drops of color using the inks and water.

Next, we have to stick the washi tape to white cardstock and cut all the beautiful elements using the English Garden Coordinating Cuts . You will see how amazing they are!

I printed my square photos, 2 3/4" and I used the smaller circle from the Braided Circles die set to cut them. Besides I cut some circles in white cardstock using the Stitched Scallop Circle die set .

Let's start putting together the layout! We are going to use two wreaths from the washi tape and all the flowers and butterflies. For our photos we need the smaller circles from the stitched scallop circle set. Add some foam 3D dots to add them to the photos. We are going to create using several layers.

After that, place two white stitched scallop circles and the two washi wreaths. Glue them to your layout base and add the photos using foam 3D.

Now... it's time to add all the flowers! I love to decorate layouts ;) Glue some of them directly to your layout and use foam 3D for others. It's important that you remember to create different layers. You will love the way it looks!

Add an extra scallop circle in the lower right corner. Use some foam 3D and some washi flowers. Also, you can add some Gold Metallic Pearls.

As a final detail I decided to use one of the words from the Stand Alone Cuts - Phrase Builder: You... Wonderful was perfect for my layout. I used white and shimmer/glitter paper.

If you like you can add a some memories or journaling to your layout. Isn't a lovely idea? Clean, simple, elegant and sweet at the same time.

I hope you like this idea and you find it really inspiring! I would love to see your version of it ;)

See you next time!
