Two layouts with Veera

Hi, It’s Veera here today to show you two layouts I created with Pinkfresh Studio’s Indigo Hills collection. These two layouts have much in common: they are based on the same patterned paper and both of the layouts has similar embellishments. Still they look completely different.

For the first layout I used the beautiful subtle pattern paper as my background. I love that this collection has so many papers that has these gorgeous watercolor prints. I normally use white cardstock as my background but this paper eliminated the need for that.

For the second layout I wanted to use the other side of the same paper as in the previous layout as I love the hue of the blue in this paper. The idea for this layout came from our bathroom floor tiles. We have a beautiful basket weave marble mosaic floor and I wanted to create the same pattern using the paper. I love how this layout turned out! This might be one of my favorite layouts all time.
