Hello Pinkfresh Studio friends! It's Susi here today sharing with you a new 12 x 12 scrapbook Layout using the beautiful Sunshine on my Mind collection!

Let's get started!

To make this Layout I picked the beautiful Sweetest Summer patterned paper from the collection. My idea was to create a monochromatic layout so I cut the white flowers from the paper. Next, I created a soft background using the ink cubes from Pinkfresh Studio in the following colors: Ocean Breeze, Mermaid Cove and Tidal Pond.

To create the background I used a piece of plastic bag. All you need to do is dab the inks on the plastic bag and add some water; dab the plastic bag to the base of the layout ( as many times as you want to achieve the desired look) Easy-peasy right? I also added gold watercolor to the background. I love this technique! It's so fun!

Next, I picked my photo and glued it on the center of my background. Use foam 3D to give it dimension. After that , I arranged vertically all the flowers on the page. I used one of them to decorate the photo.

I used the Poolside patterned paper to cut the word FUN. To create the title I used the Mini Puffy Alphas from the collection.I added a die cut from Ephemera Pack. That umbrella is sooo cute!

To finish I stamped some sentiments and added enamel dots from the collection, gold pearls and thread to add texture.

As a final touch in gold I added a sentiment on the photo from Essentials:  Sentiments Ephemera
