Snow Globes Layout

Hello everyone! It's Susi here today sharing a new layout using the Festive Fun collection. There's something so magical about snow globes at christmas and I wanted to bring that feeling to this layout so I created three snow globes shapes as the main elements of the page. The result is a playful winter scene that feels a little bit like a collection of Christmas memories inside three snow globes!

Step by Step

1. Create the Snow Globes shapes. Start by cutting three snow globes shapes from white cardstock in different sizes. The largest one is placed in the center and the two smaller shapes framing the photos on either side.

For the largest shape, I added a soft blue background using the Ink Cube Slumber from Pinkfresh Studio.

2. Cut the snow globe designs. One of my favorite parts of the Festive Fun collection is the adorable snow globe images. I used. the Cozy Season patterned paper and fussy cut several designs to use as additional decorative elements in the layout.

3. Create the central scene. I placed the largest snow globe in the center and filled it with Christmas themed embellishments from the collection. The tree, snowman, little houses .. create a tiny winter scene inside the globe. I layered several pieces with foam adhesive to add dimension.

4. Add the photos and smaller details. The two smaller snow globes are arranged on either side of the central one. I added embellishments around them, including labels, stars greenery...

5.Finish with the title and final touches. I added the Season of Wonder title above the central snow globe and scattered a few small embellishments around the page to give the layout a little extra sparkle.

I love how this layout turned into a little Christmas scene! The Festive Fun collection made it so easy to create these playful snow globes and fill them with lots of tiny details.
