Ring mini album using Days of Splendor | Cristina Sales

Ring mini album using Days of Splendor | Cristina Sales

26 Oct 2020 0 Comments
Hi friends Cristina here today with a new project made with the totally amazing Days of Splendor collection. I like this collection so much that this time I wanted to take the time to make a mini album using photos that I had already printed some time ago but that I had never had the opportunity to use for an album.
I chose to make a ring album because this kind of structure is very easy to do and also very versatile. It allows you to always cut each page of the same size but using the scoring spaces to accommodate pockets and tags.
It is a 4x4 "size and for the cover I used a 12" sheet, grateful heart, covered with an acetate one to protect it from wear and scratches and stains. For the inner pages I used the 6x6" paper pad and a leftover piece of 12" Oh so delightful page.
To give a movement effect I used some tulle and some stitches made with my sewing machine.
Journaling is written on my beautiful brother deluxe vintage typewriter.
I already used some stamps, take pride and you've got this that are clear stamps. Take pride one to cut using Its coordinated die using the detail blak ink pad.
I already used a cling rubber stamp sweet blooms as a background but it has a coordinating stencil to color it, totally awesome.
All the embellishments used are floral ephemera pack that have amazing designs and colors, puffy stickers, ephemera pack, enamel dots, cardstock stickers, puffy mini alpha, fabric bows, journaling bits and the stitched elements that are a new in and I totally fell in love for them.
Since the floral elements are never too many and I particularly love them, I also used themed dies like Beautiful blooms, leafy branch and dainty blossoms.
I hope you like my project and if you get inspirations by It please share it on the facebook member forum to give any other inspirations everywhere.
I already provided a process video if you want follow the making, here it is:
Thanks a lot for stopping by, and see you next time.
