Challenge #6: Lots of layering with Cristina

I made this page using a lot of products from the most beautiful Pinkfresh Studio collections.

Today I show you the layering as the theme of my challenge. It's the technique I use most frequently to make any scrapbooking project. I find that creating layers on the sheet adds balance to the page and exploiting every type of element transforms every job with a few simple steps.

On this page I also created overlaps with the base and I sewed three patterned papers pieces together by mixing some of the most beautiful collections of Pinkfresh Studio, you can find them here:

To add a 3D effect to the various layers I always use a double-sided foam adhesive that allows me to create thicknesses of different sizes. 

I sewed the various layers of paper together with the sewing machine and to add a delicate touch I used the hello word die in which I superimposed the cutout of the die on a layer of vellum to create a see-through effect.
