Mailbox and Stacked Letters Mini Album | Ashley Bright
Hi All! Today I am sharing my first project featuring the beautiful brand new collection, The Best Day! I decided to make a little mailbox and stack of letters.
The mailbox I made in Silhouette. You can also do this by hand. It's a standard box shape, I just added a semicircle to two of the sides to give that mailbox look and added a little slit for the letters. I wasn't sure if you could really tell what it was so I used the mini alphas to help spell out "post"!
To embellish the front, I also used the stamp chipboard frame, puffy stickers, enamel dots, elements from both ephemera packs, and the beautiful 12 x 12 patterned paper.
Inside I included a bunch of stacked letters. I used my envelope punch board to make several envelopes of different sizes. I adhered them all together so as you flip though them, it opens up the next envelope. Each is kept shut with velcro. There is plenty of space to tuck in photos, tickets, journaling, etc.
To embellish I used all the same elements as the box in addition to the chipboard flair, cardstock stickers, and journaling bits tucked into the little envelopes.
I hope you enjoyed seeing this project and getting a look at lots of the elements from the new collection. Happy Crafting!
