Hello crafters! I'm Celes and I feel so happy to be back on the PinkFresh Studio blog today! ;) "The Best Days" collection is AMAZING! I'm in love with it! Today we are going to create a fun an very original mini album. And... as the last time... we are going to use some dies to create it. Are you ready? Let's get started :)

For the structure I used two dies: 1- Mini Slimline Envelope Die Set and 2- Mini Slimline Essentials Bundle Die Set.

As you know, the August "Stripes" monthly challenge continues. So I decided to join using it for my cover design. "The Best Days" Collection has a design paper ideal for it: "Welcome Home". I cut some stripes, added a stitching detail in the center and painted the edges of each one using the inks of PinkFresh Studio: Ballet Slipper, Marigold, Soft Lilac, Lemon Whip, Sky Blue and Meadow.

I cut my first envelope in white cardstock and added the stripes diagonally (using 3D foam). Also, I used the Artistic Bows Die Set and the Stitched Scallop Circle Die Set to decorate the cover. Besides them, I used the Puffy Stickers, some die cuts from the ephemera pack, the Chipboard Flair and one bit from the Journaling Bits pack.

 Once the cover was ready, I cut 7 envelopes using papers from the The Best Days 12x12 Paper Pack. Also I cut 7 pieces of 1 1/2" w x 4" h (white cardstock). Score in: 1/2", 3/4", 1". I used each piece to join the envelopes together. When you fold each piece of paper you will notice that an "M" is formed.

 If you wish you can add a bow to make the closure of the mini album. I decided to leave it open because I love the way it looks ;)

The structure and cover is ready! Time to decorate the interior of the mini album! YAY! :)

To decorate the interior I used: pieces from the The Best Days Ephemera Pack and Floral Ephemera Pack,  Cardstock Stickers, Puffy Stickers, Mini Alphabet Stickers and some Enamel Dots.

Decorate every page using all you have. Remember to leave enough free space for photos and to write memories. Also, I cut some interior pages for every envelope using the Mini Slimline Essentials Bundle Die Set.
