Let Your Heart Decide layouts with Anna

Let Your Heart Decide layouts with Anna

10 Apr 2018 0 Comments

Hello everyone! Anna is here today to share with you my new layouts I created using Let Your Heart Decide collection with some pieces of The Mix No. 2. I had the real fun creating these projects. They are pretty different, can you imagine еры is the same collection? The first layout is bright and all about the summer.

I picked three pictures of my older baby where she runs through green fields. The photos are very dynamic, so I decided to make the simple and calm "frame" for them. For the background I used Impulse paper sheet together with the white card stock. I also added a strip of blue patterned paper to divide the page into two parts.

The pictures are placed in the row and foam mounted without any additional layers. At the end I just added some embellishments, the title and the journaling. I stamped the date on the strip from the ephemera pack and made up the location name of the small blue alphabet stickers. The last details are puffy stars and hearts from The Mix No. 2 collection.

My next layout is all about the yellow color! I had this idea after making the picture of my younger baby in her first dress (it is yellow!). I then remembered about Escapade paper sheet from Let Your Heart Decide collection with squares having gradient effect and I thought it is a good idea to combine two this elements to make the layout.

I started with picking all yellow supplies I have from Pinkfresh (I even used bits of Pinnacle paper sheet from old Indigo Hill collection). I added two layers under the photo and adhered the sentiment.

But the squares are too brute shape for the story about little girl and her dress. So I softened the look die cutting many butterflies. I arranged them so that they flew from the bottom corner to the photo, and focused on the main object of the page. I then added some accents from The Mix No. 2 collection to fill the blank spaces between butterflies.

Have a good day!
