HELLO LIFE | JOSEFINE VD HOEVEN
Hello Paperlovers, Welcome to the Pinkfresh blog. It's Josefine here sharing a new scrapbook layout with you today. For this layout I mixed two beautiful Pinkfresh collections and am very happy how it turned out! The collections I used are "Celebrate" and "Happy Blooms" they fit so well together! Here is the list of the products I used for this layout; Washi tape English garden, English garden dies set, I totally love the wasi tape sets with their gold accents. It really gives your projects a delicate look.Happy Blooms cardstock stickers, Happy Blooms design papers,The Happy Blooms collection is definitely one of my favorites. Celebrate ephemera pack, you can never have enough ephemera. The gorgeous cutfile flower banner, and for some stamping I used the Celebrate Today stamp set, and for a beautiful mixed media background I used the ink cubes set Heartbeat
I started with a white piece or cardstock and drew a circle with a pencil in the center of the layout. I mixed the colors "Bubble Gum" and "Raspberry Bliss" together and stamped with a wet cleaning sponge several times on the white cardstock. This way I create a round mixed media background.
When the mixed media background is dry I stitch a round circle with sewing thread. I use the sewing machine for this. I cut a circle from white Cardstock and stitch the edges as well and place it with 3d tape on top of the mixed media background.
I backed the flower banner cutfile with several design papers from the "Happy Blooms" collection I cut three strokes from the design paper from the "Celebrate" collection and folded them in half. I place the cutfile in the Center of my layout and place the strokes on top.
I place a pink puffy frame on top of the cute black and white photo of my husband with my son and placed it at the top of the cutfile. I fussy cut several flowers from the "Celebrate" design paper and make clusters on both sides of the photo.
I decorate my layout with different embellishments from the "celebrate" and the "Happy Blooms" collection. The die-cuts I made from the English garden washi tape fit it perfectly. I fussy cut a few extra butterflies and place them randomly on the layout. With the Celebrate Today Stamp I stamp various words in a circle. I love the effect....
I splashed some festive white on my layout and I hope I was able to inspire you. I hope to see you again next time with a new project using the amazing Pinkfresh products.... Maybe even with the new collection!!! Who knows! I am really looking forward to it already! You too! Until next time friends.
