Fall Foliage Challenge Inspiration: Mixing Two Collections

Hello Pinkfresh Friends, Karlla here and I'm so excited to share my new project with you. It’s time for a new challenge at Pinkfresh Studio, and this month we’re celebrating the beautiful colors and textures of Fall Foliage!

For my layout, I embraced the cozy feeling of autumn with pumpkins, leaves, layers, and a special photo surrounded by all those little seasonal details.

The challenge color palette brings together Detail Black, Clementine, Begonia, Regal Kiss, and Spanish Moss, a beautiful mix of warm, earthy, and unexpected tones that makes creating with fall colors even more fun! I loved mixing these colors throughout the page, adding dimension with embellishments and creating a cozy frame around the photo.

Ready to join us? Grab your favorite Pinkfresh products, play with this beautiful color combination, and share your project with us for the October Fall Foliage Challenge!

Step-by-Step Instructions:

1. Cut the 'Cozy Vibes' paper 9" x 9" and make an irregular stitch with the machine.
2. Adhere it with foam tape onto a sheet of white cardstock.
3. Cut the 'Little Pleasures' paper to 8.5" x 8.5"
4. Cut white cardstock to 8" x 8" and adhere it onto the 'Little Pleasures'.
5. Make an irregular machine stitch over this created overlap and stick it onto the background made earlier with foam tape.
6. Cut foliage from the 'Nature Walk' paper.
7. Fussy cut the pumpkins from the 'BOOville' collection paper.
8. On the base you've made, adhere the photo and the tags you find in 'Ephemera and Cardstock Sticker' from Ordinary Joys.
9. Then, glue the fussy-cut pumpkins with layers of foam tape to create depth, along with some large leaves from Booville's 'Floral Ephemera'.
10. Add the small fussy-cut leaves, varying between liquid adhesive and foam tape for different heights.
11. Add details like enamel dots, cardstock stickers, and Colored Wood Veneer.
12. Finish with the title 'Warm & Cozy' from the Ephemera.

Thank you so much for spending a little time here with me today! I hope this Fall Foliage Challenge has inspired you to get creative, play with these beautiful autumn colors, and create something that makes you happy. I can’t wait to see how you interpret this month’s challenge.
