Hello friends. It's Jung here, and today I have a layout using the Days of Splendor collection. 

I was really inspired to use the colored stripes on the Fall in Love pattern paper. I fussy cut the stripes, then used my border punches and my smallest circle punch to create fun texture. I adhered them to a sheet of pink cardstock, and used my sewing machine to add stitching.

Next, I added some white and purple splatters. For the purple splatters, I used my PFS mini ink cubes; I mixed Regal Kiss from the Soul of Provence mini ink set and Warm Buff from the Wild Truffles pack for the perfect mauve purple.

I backed my photos with My Favorite pattern paper, and adhered my 3 photos. Next, I wanted to decide on a title. I picked out the "everyday magic" piece from the ephemera pack. I also really wanted to use some new alpha stamps, so I stamped out the word "together" with the Warm Buff ink and the Heather Lowercase alpha stamp set.

I embellished the photos with a few floral from the floral ephemera pack, and then I added some more embellishments on the colored stripes, keeping in mind a tone-on-tone color scheme.

I used floral ephemera, puffy stickers, enamel dots, ephemera, and chipboard flair.

Since my layout was a little top heavy, I added just a tiny bit of journaling on a journaling bits tag to the bottom of the layout, and added a little cluster of embellishments.
