Hello everyone! It’s Eva here on the blog today, and I’m excited to share a new layout featuring the beautiful Crafted Moments collection.

For this project, I wanted to create a design full of movement and color, so I built a background with radiating rays using patterned papers. This technique naturally draws the eye to the center and creates a strong focal point.

Step-by-Step Instructions

1. Select three patterned papers from the collection, Cut them into long triangles and arrange them as rays, all pointing toward the center of your layout.
2. Adhere the strips to your background with some 3d dots. Don’t worry about perfection—slight variations make the design more dynamic.
3. Place your photo right in the center of the page.
4. Decorate around the photo using floral elements and stickers. Tuck the florals in layers to soften the straight lines of the rays and add dimension.
5. Stitch around the edges using your sewing machine.
6. To finish the project, add some enamel dots and chipboard shapes.

Tip: When working with a bold background like this, keep your embellishments concentrated around the photo to maintain balance and avoid a cluttered look.
