Christmas Memories Layout | Celes Gonzalo

Hi Pinkfresh Studio fans! How are you today? I'm Celes and I feel so happy to be back on the PinkFresh Studio blog today! Aren't you in love with the "Holiday Magic" collection? I am! It's AMAZING! Today I'm going to show you a new idea to make wonderful layouts with your Christmas Memories. We are going to combine: cut files, die pieces, inks, stencils and more...

Christmas Memories Layout 1

To make this layout I used two papers from Holiday Magic 12x12 Paper Pack +  white cardstock + green cardstock (similar to ink colors). You can see a sew the white cardstock to the green cardstock once I finished working with the inks.

First thing to do is to prepare the base of the layout. I used the Aquamarine Dye Ink Pad and Mint Dye Ink Pad to make a background (similar to my wreath cut file). Play with the inks as much as you like ;)

Wreath: My wreath has two type of leaves. I used "Leaf Wreath" Cut File (cut it in white cardstock) and I used the Curvy Leaves Die Set (cut the pieces in one of the papers from "Holiday Magic" paper pack). But there are two things to keep in mind: 1- I used foam 3D to glue the leaf wreath, 2- You have to glue the ornaments before sticking the wreath.

Ornaments: I prepare two types of ornaments. First, I cut the christmas balls from one paper of Holiday Magic 12x12 Paper Pack . Then I use the "Holiday Ornament Set" to prepare these beautiful yellow ornaments: Holiday Ornamets Stencils and Holiday Ornaments Die. You will love this set! It's so sweet and you can use it to make any type of project ;)  To prepare the ornaments using the "Holiday Ornaments Set" I used the Lemon Whip Dye Ink Pad and the Apricot Dye Ink Pad. Also, I added glitter details using glitter marker.

I added all the ornaments in layers using foam 3D of different thicknesses. Another detail I loved to add was the gold baker twine. With it I could pretend that the ornaments are hangingIt's a beautiful detail! :)

Once the ornaments are glued, you can stick the leaf wreath with the foam 3D and add all the curly leaves to it.

You can prepare a base of design papers for the photos (as background) and glue them to the base (also use 3D foam).

Final details: to add the final decorations to my layout I used Metallic Pearls: Gold, the beautiful Chipboard Alpha and the Cardstock stickers.
