Christmas Book | Ashley Bright

Hi All! 

Today I am sharing a little book I made using the Holiday Magic collection. 

I started with lining heavy weight chipboard with the 12 x 12 patterned paper. The cover and back are measured 3.5" x 3.75." 

The two pieces of chipboard are held together using some patterned paper that I curved and taped down to the front and back. I then wrapped some grey twine around the spine several times to create the binding for the inserts inside.

The five inserts are white cardstock and form the pages of the book. Each insert has three sheets of paper folded in half and tucked into the twine to form 30 pages. 

The cover is embellished using chipboard stickers, puffy stickers, ephemera, cardstock stickers, and the enamel dot packs. This is glued down to some ribbon and a piece of velcro is placed behind it as a closure for the book.
