A Wonderful Day | Brianna Lepper

A Wonderful Day | Brianna Lepper

Hey friends!  Brianna here today and I'm so excited to share this layout with you using the new and absolutely stunning, Life Right Now collection.

I am so in love with the colors in this collection!  They are a perfect blend of bold and bright with a bit of pastels mixed in.  To start, I heat embossed the Delicate Floral Print Stamp in white and using the coordinating Stencil, I ink blended on matching colors using the Mini Ink Cubes.  I then cut the florals out and set them aside to use as embellishments.

I wanted to add a bit of texture to my background, so instead of doing my usual mixed media background, I opted to go with some wavy line stitching using my sewing machine.  I pulled out thread colors that matched the collection and stitched on my wavy lines.  Even though you can't really see it in the photos, I even added a bit of the Ballet Slipper and Summer Shower inks to the background using a blending brush.  Just a little extra added color!  Next, I trimmed off a strip of the B side of the Happy Place paper.  It has these super cute rainbows that I thought would be great to add to both the top and bottom of my layout.

For my title, I used a mix of the Alphas from the collection as well as the "Wonderful" word die from the Phrase Builder: You Die set.

I was really inspired by the "Right Now" patterned paper, so I cut a few of the tags out and tucked them next to my photo.  I had taken a selfie while hanging out in my backyard and this collection was perfect to document it with.

I embellished using the Ephemera, Chipboard Flair and both the Cardstock and Puffy Stickers.  For a finishing detail, I adhered some of the Enamel Dots into my clusters.  I can't wait to create another page with this collection!!

Thank you so much for stopping by today, I hope that I've inspired you in some way!  I can't wait to see what you all create with this beautiful collection.  See you in my next post!
