Hello hello my Pinkfresh friends! I'm so happy to be back sharing another spring layout with you today. Soon, the stunning Indigo Hills Collection will be in my life and I can't even tell you how excited I am about that, but I wanted to be sure to use this incredible "Awesome" paper from Life Noted before I get too distracted with all the new goodies.
The peonies in our yard have just bloomed and the boys are having a ton of fun cutting them and arranging them for display on the kitchen table. I persuaded the boys to pose for a little photo shoot against the side of the house after our latest harvest and I simply adore this set of flower filled and smile packed pics.
The patterned paper determined the way I printed my photos, those two open white stripes on the paper were just begging for some multi-photo strips. I think that's one of the reasons I gravitate so much toward using patterned paper as my background instead of white paper. A well designed paper can really push me into new and exciting layouts I would probably never think of on my own.
There wasn't a compelling story to tell for this layout, just cute pics of boys and flowers, so I searched online for a quote I could use to illustrate the emotions these pics bring on for this sappy mama. I think I found one that was spot on! Thank you so much for stopping by the blog today. I hope your May is filled with flowers and cuteness as well. Happy spring crafting!
