Hello Pinkfresh friends! It’s TaeEun here today sharing a watercolored floral card. 

I used the pretty floral images from the You're the Best stamp set along with a new background set called Modern Design Blocks from the November Release !

To start I stamped all three floral clusters from the You're the Best stamp set on some watercolor paper in Peach Fuzz and watercolored the images. 

After I was done with watercoloring I cut the images using the coordinating one piece die and set them aside. 

To create the soft background I first stenciled the Modern Design Block on a watercolor paper panel. I used Ocean Breeze, Sweet Mustard, Apricot and Coral Reef to stencil keeping the upper half very light and added more color to the right bottom of the panel. I used only four from the five stencils of the Modern Design Block stencil set to leave some white space. After stenciling I sprayed pearl water on the whole panel to blend and soften the ink colors. And the pearl powder adds pretty shimmer to the card background. I let the panel dry and dry embossed it using the Modern Design Block hot foil plate. 

I adhered the background panel flat on a white cardbase and arranged the watercolored flowers from the You're the Best set on it along with some white Curvy Leaves.

The sentiment is also from the You're the Best set. I heat embossed it in Liquid Platinum and cut it using the coordinating die. 

To finish off the card I scattered some Champagne Glitter Drops.
