Using coordinating colors: Art Deco foil plate and Farm Fresh

Hello again Pinkfresh friends!

Raquel here today sharing some inspiration combining the Art Deco Foil plate and the beautiful Fresh Flowers set that has been recently released:

I started my design by hot foiling the beautiful Art Deco Foil Plate with Gold Matte glimmer foil. Next up I colored this panel using the coordinating stencils with Begonia, Citron and Sage inks.

I decided to pair this background with the dainty and beautiful flowers form the Farm Fresh stamp set. To keep all the elements of the card cohesive I gold heat embossed these flowers four times so I had enough flowers for my jar. Again I chose Begonia, Citron and Sage (the same colors of the background) and also Eucalyptus, Bay leaf , Sunkissed, Mango SorbetCherry Blossom

Once I had colored all my flowers, I run them through my die cutting machine using the coordinating die. I also die cut the vase out of white cardstock  with the open die and colored it using Sage ink. Once it was colored, I run it again through the die cutting machine with the other vase die.

I decided to cut an opening on my foiled image using one of the Stitched Rectangles die set and for some extra texture, I dry embossed an A2 panel with the Art Deco Foil Plate using my die cutting machine. Next up I foam mounted the rectangle piece with the Art Deco Foil background onto my white Art Deco embossed panel, arranged my flowers behind the vase and add some foam adhesive tape to adhere it onto my front panel.

For my sentiment, I choose one of the sentiments form the same Farm Fresh set and gold heat embossed it . Finally I foam mounted it onto my vase and added some Sparkle and shine Glitter Drops . As a last minute decision, I white embossed in vellum the Butterfly Garden Stamp set and added some vellum pieces at the bottom of the jar.

Since I had quite a few flowers left, i decided to create two more designs using the same approach:

I created this tag using the Essentials Braided Tag die set. I dry embossed an A2 panel with the Art Deco Hot Foil and then colored it with the same Begonia, Citron and Sage colors. I added two more tags in peach and light pink and tied them together with a yellow ribbon. This time I colored my vase using Citron with a light hand and gold heat embossed the sentiment from the same Farm Fresh set. I also added some vellum images from the Butterfly Garden set.

For my last design I followed the same steps from the previous designs. I did foiled the Art Deco Hot foil in Rose Gold Glimmer Foil and created and oval opening in the center using the Arch Backdrop die. For my backdrop I dry embossed another panel with the Quadrant Backdrop Hot Foil. This time I slightly inked up my jar with Begonia ink and also adhered some vellum images from the Butterfly Garden Stamp set. The sentiment is from the Farm Fresh set too.

I hope you are inspired by these ideas and have some fun creating!

Thank you so much for stopping by.

Raquel
