Seamless Starburst Circles - Friendship Card┃Yasmin Diaz

Happy Friday, Pinkfresh friends! Yasmin here sharing with you a fun and colorful “Friendship’’ card made using the latest Seamless Starburst Circles Stamp Set, Seamless Starburst Circles Layering Stencil Set, Friendship Blooms Stamp Set, Friendship Blooms Die Set, Curvy Leaves Die Set and a beautiful combination of PFS- Inks. So, without further ado let’s jump right into the step-by-step for how I made it.

To begin with, I started by creating the layered and colorful starburst background so therefore, I went ahead to line up over an A2 standard size white card panel the Stencil #1 from Seamless Starburst Circles Layering Stencil Set and once I had them line up, I used an ink blending brush to carefully ink up some of partial circles with Peach Fuzz Ink. Next, I cleaned up the stencil and I went ahead to line it up again to ink up the other partial circles using Lemon Whip Ink.

Thus, as soon as I had finished inking up the card panel using the first stencil, I went ahead to remove it from the card panel and then, I lined up Stencil #2 over it to ink up the second partial circles using Ocean Breeze Ink. So on and so forth, I continued the ink blending following the first layer from the partial circles using Stencil #3 along with Coral Reef Ink and Sweet Mustard Ink. Stencil #4 along with Aquamarine Ink. Stencil #5 along with Passion Fruit Ink and Marigold Ink. And last but not least Stencil #6 along with Mermaid Cove Ink.

Therefore, as soon as I had finished the ink blending over the card panel using all stencil from the set, I went ahead to let the inks soak into the card panel and right after that I’ve gotten that step completed, I went ahead to place it inside my MISTI Stamping Tool to get the detailed stamping done. So, for the stamping, I went ahead to line up over the card panel the coordinating background stamp included in Seamless Starburst Circles Stamp Set and once I had it line up, I went ahead to get the stamping done using Embossing Ink as, I wanted to gold heat emboss the detailed image therefore, right after that I had finished the stamping, I went ahead to get the heat embossing done and as soon as I’ve had finished setting the gold embossing powder over the card panel, I went ahead to get the edges trim off from it a bit smaller than the card base and then, I I’ve gotten it adhere with double-sided tape to an A2 top folding white card base.

That being said, for the focal point of the card first, I went ahead to get white heat emboss over translucent vellum 3 small flowers using the small flower stamp image from Friendship Blooms Stamp Set, and once I had that done, I continued using its coordinating die included in Friendship Blooms Die Set to die-cut them out of the translucent vellum. Second, to create the floral cluster I also used the largest die from Curvy Leaves Die Set to get 3 curvy leaves die-cut out of gold cardstock and translucent vellum, also out of white cardstock which I right afterwards, I’ve gotten it inked up using Olive Ink to add a pop of green color to it.

Having the die-cutting curvy leaves and the small flowers completed, I started the assembling for the cluster so, I went ahead to layer the curvy leaves one on top of the other (as shown in the image above) crating a gold shadow but muting the green with the vellum for a softer look since I wanted a subtle background for the dainty white heat embossing flowers once, my floral cluster was finish. Lastly, for the sentiment, I went ahead to create an extra dimensional sentiment for the card by mounting with foam mounting tape a sentiment which I’ve had previously stamp and gold heat embossing on a small piece of white cardstock using one of the sentiments from Seamless Starburst Circles Stamp Set and by mounting the dimensional die-cutting HI word which I previously die-cut out of white and gold cardstock using some alpha dies from Adore Alpha Die Set.

Finally, after having the sentiments in place, I went ahead to add a touch of sparkle by gluing down with liquid glue some clear jewels from Essentials: Jewel Mix. And, with that being said, thank you for stopping by we hope you have enjoyed reading the step-by-step for how I’ve made this fun and colorful “Friendship’’ card using an array of beautiful products by Pinkfresh.
