Joyful Peonies Cling Stamp, Stencil, Die & Hot Foil Plate┃Yasmin Diaz

Happy Wednesday, Pinkfresh friends! Yasmin here sharing with you a “Celebration’’ inspiration card made using the newest; Joyful Peonies Cling Stamp, Joyful Peonies Die, Joyful Peonies Layering Stencil Set, Joyful Peonies Hot Foil Plate along with Celebrate Die and Celebrate Hot Foil Plate. So, without further ado let’s jump right into the step-by-step for how I made it.

To begin with, I’d like to start by mentioning since I’m using Joyful Peonies Hot Foil Plate and Celebrate Hot Foil Plate this card design requires a use of a hot foil machine platform therefore, in this case I’ll be using my Glimmer Hot Foil System Platform along with Platinum 6 Die Cutting and Embossing Machine and Glimmer Hot Foil Roll - Polished Brass.

With that said,I started off by turning my glimmer hot foil platform on and while it was heating up, I went ahead to cut a piece of foil larger enough to cover the plate, and once I had finished cutting it out of the roll, I’ve gone ahead to line up the Joyful Peonies Hot Foil Plate along with the foil piece over a white card panel which soon after, I’ve proceeded to get the foil stamping done over the card panel following the instruction from the foiling platform.

Therefore, after finishing the foil stamping for the floral cluster, I’ve also gone ahead to get the foiling done for the sentiment using; Celebrate Hot Foil Plate. Thus, as soon as I’ve finished the foiling I went ahead to get the floral cluster ink up using the coordinating Joyful Peonies Layering Stencil Set along with the following color combination; Ballet Slipper Ink, Sparkling Rose Ink, Peach Fuzz Ink, Apricot Ink, Sweet Mustard Ink for the flowers plus Mint Ink, and Meadow Ink for the leaves. By now I’m sure that you’re familiar about how the layered stenciling works however, I’d like to mention that this set includes 5 stencils in total.

Moving on, after I’ve finished the layered stenciling over the floral cluster, I went ahead to line up over it the Joyful Peonies Die which happens to be its coordinating die so I could die-cut out the floral cluster from the card panel, Then, I’ve also used Celebrate Die to die-cut the sentiment out of the white cardstock. This beautiful design also has the Joyful Peonies Cling Stamp which I used to add texture to one of the layered background by stamping it and white heat embossing it repeatedly to create a white-on-white background panel. However, if you’re not into foiling you might as well use it as focal point.

Having that said, to assemble the card, I went ahead to adhere with double-sided tape the backing of a textured white card panel to an A2 top folding white card base. A textured card panel, which I’ve had previously created using; Essentials: Radiating Background 2 Die. Next, I used the smaller die from Essentials: Diagonal Stitched Rectangles Die Set to die-cut the smaller white heat emboss card panel which right afterwards I’ve gotten it mounted with craft foam tape over the first card panel. Then, I’ve gone ahead to mount the floral cluster using square foam adhesives and last but not least, I’ve gotten glue down with liquid glue the sentiment over the floral cluster adding that way lot of dimension between each layers. Finally, as a finishing touch, I went ahead to glue down here and there with liquid glue some of the white jewels from Essentials: Jewel Mix adding that way a bit more of shine to the card!
And, with that being said, thank you for stopping by we hope you have enjoyed reading the step-by-step for how I’ve made this “Celebration’’ inspiration cards using an array of beautiful products by Pinkfresh.
