Hello friends! It's Rachel here with a heat-embossed floral card that showcases the beautiful Petal Poise product suite.

I love the soft look of heat embossing with white embossing powder.  It helps to lighten the stamp lines and let the colors of the images really pop.

How to recreate this card:

1.  Trim a piece of light teal card stock to 4" x 5.25" and lightly blend with some Aquamarine and Ocean Breeze Inks starting at the lower left corner with the darker color and working toward the top right corner with the lighter one.

2. Die cut a lattice piece from white card stock using the Lacy Lattice Die and trim off 1/8" from each side.

3.  Adhere the lattice piece on top of the teal ink-blended piece and then layer both on top of a darker teal A2 card base.

4.  Die cut both a scalloped rectangle and circle frame from white card stock using the Essentials: Stitched Scallop Rectangle and Circle Dies. 

5.  Set aside the inner scalloped rectangle frame for a future project and adhere the outer scalloped rectangle frame on top of the lattice piece.

6.  Once the outer frame is in place, adhere the circle scalloped frame to the inside center of the card.

7.  Stamp the images from the Petal Poise stamp onto a piece of smooth white card stock (I used Neenah Solar White 110lb) with clear embossing ink and then cover the stamped images with Fine Detail White Embossing Powder.

8.  Tap off any excess powder and set the remaining powder with a heating tool. 

9.  Once cool, add color to the florals using the coordinating Petal Poise Stencils and Pinkfresh Studio Inks.

• Stencil 1: Soft Lilac
• Stencil 2: Candy Violet
• Stencil 3: Regal Kiss
• Stencil 4: Ocean Breeze
• Stencil 5: Aquamarine

10. Use the coordinating Petal Poise Dies to die cut the florals.   

8.  Adhere the florals to the left side of the scalloped circle frame using 3D foam tape for a pop of dimension.

9. Heat emboss the sentiment with more Fine Detail White Embossing Powder onto a piece of dark teal card stock and die cut with the coordinating die before placing in the center area of the card.

10.  Lastly, add some embellishments if desired.  (I used three of the Iridescent Clear Drops.)
