Foiled Snowflakes Joy Holiday Card | Dilay Nacar
Hello, Pinkfresh Studio friends! Dee here today and I am so excited to be back with this foiled Snowflake card, perfect for the winter and holiday season! Let’s get started!
First, I created the background with the Hexagon Tiles cover plate die and Blanket Stitched Rectangles dies, making a frame using the largest two sizes of the stitched rectangles.
I then foiled the Snowflakes hot foil plate in pink, blue, and purple and die cut them with their coordinating die. I placed the snowflakes around the stitched frame (both over and under it) to create an overlapping effect, cut off the excess, and adhered it onto the background using foam adhesive.
Next, I foiled the Joy plate in Silver and adhered it to the center using foam tape. For the sub-sentiment, I heat embossed ‘’making spirits bright’ from the Ornaments stamp set, trimmed it down, then adhered it under the Joy with foam tape. To finish, I added Clear Iridescent Drops to the center of the snowflakes (and a few to the base) for some extra wintery sparkle!
I hope you enjoyed today's card! If you haven’t already done so, be sure to check out the gorgeous new holiday release! Thanks for joining me today!
