Hello everyone! I hope you’re having a wonderful week so far! It’s TaeEun here today, sharing a chic card featuring the Elegant Essence product suite from The Couture Edit Release! For today’s card I chose a blue-purple color scheme for the perfume bottle. To create a cohesive and modern look, I also made a plaid background pattern using the same colors. Even though the card looks elegant and polished, it’s actually very quick and easy to create thanks to the beautifully designed layering stencils :) !

Here is how I made the card.

1. Hot foil the Elegant Essence images and sentiments in Rose Gold using the Press Plate.
2. Color the images using the coordinating stencil set in the following colors.
   - Glass, cap and pump: Sheer Freesia, Wisteria, Hydrangea
   - Perfume in two tones
                - blue area: Sky Blue, Summer Shower, Seaside
                - purple area: Lavender, Candy Violet, Regal Kiss.
   - Bow: Sky Blue, Summer Shower, Seaside
3. Die cut the Elegant Essence images using the coordinating die.
4. Press the plaid pattern using the Diagonal Plaid Press Plate: first in Sky Blue, then again in Soft Lilac, turning the plate 90°.
5. Cut the plaid panel with the largest die from the Nested Rectangles Postage Edge die set and foam mount it onto a white cardbase.
6. Cut a smaller Postage Edge rectangle panel from white cardstock and add it to the card using foam tape.
7. Add the perfume bottle, bow, and the hot foiled sentiment to the center of the card using foam tape for dimension.
8. Embellish the card with three Lilac Clear Drops.

TIP: For a cohesive and polished design, choose your color scheme before you begin and repeat the same palette in both the focal element and the background. This simple step helps create a stylish and well-balanced card.
