I’m a chef and teach culinary arts at a high school and a college. in the fall I get new students that are so eager to learn all they can in the kitchen. One of the things I always look forward to in the fall is our Autumn’s Eve dinner. Students and guests are so excited to attend every year. We decorate the dining room with twinkle lights and fall decor. It’s a festive evening with all the smells and tastes of of the season.
