Hi everyone! It's Celes here ;) Today I will share with you my new and colorful idea using the wonderful Celebrate Washi. It's so sweet and has amazing designs. This time we are going to create some envelopes for Birthday/Party gifts or invitations. They are even perfect for our Snail Mail exchanges!
I have to confess that I LOVE this idea. We can make many combinations and add details of all kinds.
First thing to do is to prepare the envelopes. To make them I used the Essentials Slimline Envelope Die Set. I love the size of this die ;). I cut them out of textured white cardstock. It makes everything look beautiful :).
To assemble the decoration of the envelopes I decided to use the Slim Stitched Scallop Circle Die. This time, I decided to use pink textured cardboard. It's a color that looks perfect with the washi pieces. Makes all colors pop and look beautiful.
Keep in mind that it is best to stick this panel with 3D foam. In this way we can build the compositions in layers and make everything look more beautiful. When you already have all the panels, it's time to cut all the washi pieces that we need. It is always good to make other pieces to have variety. We are going to use the Celebrate Washi and Celebrate Die (for washi and stamp).
As an original detail for the closure of the envelope, I added a piece of washi + a mini velcro. It makes it look super cute!
Then, to complete the decoration of the envelopes, nothing better than using the Glimmer Hot Foil System ! This time I used the Glimmer Hot Foil Roll: Matte Gold, the Celebrate Die + Celebrate Hot Foil Plate and the Fancy Script Words Die + Fancy Script Words Hot Foil Plate.
A bit of gold thread and some Metallic Pearls: Gold and we are ready ;)
Aren't they adorable? :) You can see the process on Pinkfresh Studio IG profile.
I hope you liked them!
See you next time! :)
These are absolutely gorgeous! If I were lucky enough to receive one of these I’d definitely save it & pin it somewhere very visible so every time I saw it it would bring a smile to my face & cheer me up.
