Hello everyone! It's Susi here today on Pinkfresh Studio blog. I'm thrilled to share a new scrapbooking project featuring the beautiful Sunshine on my Mind collection! Today I bring you a playful 12 x 12 scrapbook layout. My starting point was one of the patterned papers from the collection called Love this day(side B), using its design to craft the background.

Let's dive into the step by step process!

Start by selecting coordinating patterned papers from the collection and cutting 12" h x 1 1/2"w strips. From each strip, create 1 1/2" x 1 1/2" squares, cutting them diagonally to form triangles. Next , arrange and glue these triangles following the base paper's pattern. I used white cardstock to keep the background light.

After completing our background let's delve into the world of stencils and coordinating dies to create delightful embellishments. I used the Sunshine on my mind: Stencil and Die and the ink cubes from Pinkfresh Studio in different colors matching the background papers. The colors used are: Ballet Slipper, Coral Reef, Lemon Whip and Sky Blue.

Next, I arranged my photo (3"x3") at the bottom right and I decorated it with a floral cluster and embellishments from the collection: Puffy stickers, floral ephemera, cardstock stickers...

To finish, add more decoration to the top left using a frame from the Chipboard frames from Garden Bouquet collection and add small details. Enamel dots give it the final touch.
