Quick Trip Mini Album using Indigo Hills 2

Quick Trip Mini Album using Indigo Hills 2

Hello Pinkfresh Studio friends!  I have a mini album of our quick trip to Banff this year!  I used Indigo Hills 2, it has the perfect colors, patterns and sentiments to make a perfect mini!  I love the look of pages stacked, so that you can see sneak peeks of the pages below.

I cut 12x12 papers into different shaped tags to give interest to the album.  I chose the gorgeous Eminence paper for the front "cover" of my mini album.  The mountain photo pops right off the lavender/blue paper.  The gorgeous gold alpha stands out on the Eminence paper too!

These pages feature the Ridge paper and the Mini Puffy alpha.  I love these little alphas for their versatility, and you get so many letters in a pak!  The size is perfect for mini albums too!  I like to include items just for the pretty factor in mini albums.  On the second page, I added a phrase sticker and chipboard heart!

The first page uses the leftover Ridge paper with a file tab cut on the side.  The phrase stickers were so perfect for everything I wanted to say about the photos and trip.  One of the girls on the trip kept saying "We're having an adventure" so the Daring Adventure sticker was perfect!  On the next page, I made a photo flip book to add more photos.  I cut two pieces of paper and then folded them so they would have various lengths, stapled them on the fold and then adhered them to the page made from the Highland paper.

The next tags I kept pretty simple, I embellished with the Wood Veneer, Gold Alphas, and stickers!

The next tag has a tab I punched and stamped with the Grateful stamp from the Be You stamp set.  Love that stamp!!  The next page is a page protector I cut down and sewed onto the big final tag.  The pocket page flips to the left.

This is the pocket page flipped open, and I added all my journaling to the final tag.   I love the way my album turned out, Indigo Hills 2 is so lovely to work with!
