Office Hours Scrapbook Layout | Erica Thompson
When I saw the new Office Hours collection for the first time I instantly fell in love! I also knew I wanted to use this collection for at least one non office/work layout! My first layout documents one of my sons Sophomore Homecoming! I took so many photos on this day so I have lots to document! I decided to create some banner shapes and layer then up. For some added texture I ran them through my sewing machine. Stitching is a great way to add some pretty detail and texture to your projects.
I pulled out all the Office Hour embellishments and began to embellish my banner. I used all but the chipboard on my banners and I love how they turned out. I added foam adhesive under each banner piece for even more dimension. I love the mini alpha stickers and they were the perfect size for my banner!
I love that I was able to create a non office/work layout using the Office Hours collection. Here is a look at my completed layout.
My second layout uses one of my favorite things..cut files. If you are part of the Pinkfresh Studio Fan Facebook group then you know we offer freebie cut files! I cut the spring floral trio cut file out on some white cardstock and backed it with papers from the collection.
Using cut files on my projects is one of my favorite things to do. I popped this floral cut file up with some foam adhesive. I wanted to document my year so far and how happy, blessed and grateful I am. I have worked very hard doing what I love and a lot of the things I have dreamed of doing are happening!
I love all the sayings included in the Office Hours ephemera pack! They were perfect for my layout. I added some of my favorite pieces around my layout. To finish off my layout I used my typewriter to add some journaling in the bottom right corner.
Thank you so much for stopping by today! I hope you are inspired to create with the new Office Hours collection!
