Hello everyone! Kerstin here today with a new layout inspiration using the gorgeous "The Simple Things" collection and one of the new Crafting Dies which was presented yesterday - the Twist Pattern Die. This Die is perfect as a background, but see for yourself. Let's get started!

I punched out this awesome Die twice from the Beautiful Day paper from “The Simple Things” 12 x 12 Paper Pack and placed them next to each other. I threaded different strips, a ribbon and some yarn through it. 

I glued the background to the center of a white cardstock using 3D Foam. I attached the papers, the ribbon and the yarn at the back with the 3D foam at the same time. The background alone looks really cool! 

I chose a black and white photo to make the photo stand out, as well as the background with the decoration! I also had to cut out a few of the beautiful large flowers and place them on my layout.

It doesn't need much more decoration! I also used some/many of the cute Puffy Stickers (I can't do without them). I also used Cardstock Stickers and a few pieces of the Chipboard Frames AND of course Enamel Dots! I used the word moment from the Puffy Title Stickers for my title. 

Sometimes it doesn't take much to keep a wonderful memory. A “woven” background, a photo and some decoration - the memory is ready for an album or, as I do, I hang my layouts in picture frames in our staircase. I swap them out from time to time and only then they go into an album.
