Hello Pinkfresh Studio friends! It's Camino here on the Pinkfresh Studio blog. Today I'm sharing my first project with the new collection Crafted Moments by Paige Taylor Evans. 
For this project, I'm also using one of my favorite dies, the Shadow Box Frame Die,  perfect for creating frames, shakers and many other projects.

Step-by-Step Instructions

1. Create the album structure. For the cover and back cover, cut (2) pieces of chipboard measuring 5.5”x 5.5". For the spine, cut a chipboard piece measuring 5.5"× 2.5".
2. Cover the structure. Choose two patterned papers from the Crafted Moments collection to cover the front, back and spine. 
   
3. Remember to stitch the spine before attaching it to the cardboard and to add the ribbons for the album closure before pasting the papers. This will secure them inside the structure.
   
4. Leave a half-inch gap between each of the four sections of the spine and on either side.
   
5. Add four pockets (5”x5”) to the spine and leave openings at the top and on the side of each one in sequence.
   
6. Cover the pages with your favorite papers, leaving some blank space for photos.
   
7. Create the pages. Mix and match designs you love to give your album a playful, festive look.
   
8. Create the frame using the Shadow Box Frame Die and attach it to the inside of the front cover.
   
9. Create a large pocket with a flap and attach it to the inside of the back cover. You can create a little notebook for the inside like I did, or simply leave that space for more photos and/or mementos.
   
10. Decorate the album. This is the fun part! Decorate the cover and each page using all the gorgeous embellishments from the collection - Puffy Stickers, Ephemera, Chipboard Pieces, Cardstock Stickers, Enamel Shapes, Rub-ons…
    Each pocket can hold photos, journaling, or memorabilia.

I even added some stitched elements and dimensional butterflies on the spine. These little details can take a project from good to great!
