Hello crafty friends! It's Susi here today sharing with you a new project using the beautiful The Best Day Collection from Pinkfresh Studio. This time I made a 12 x 12 layout. I love the geometric shapes, squares, circles....and rhombus. Using those shapes you can create beautiful patterns.

First off, I created the triangle pouches. It's very easy! You only need paper, glue  and scissors. HERE you can see the process to create it.

To close the triangle pouch I punched a hole using my Crop-A-Dile. Next, I arranged all the shapes and the photo, which I cut in the shape of a triangle, forming a rhombus.

To decorate the pockets created I used die cuts from the collection. Finally, I cut long strips of paper and sewed them to the base of the layout.

A few yellow splatters give it the final touch! I can't live without splatters! 

You can hide a photo or the journaling into the pocket created.
