Hi everyone! Kerstin here today with a new layout inspiration feat. the amazing LOVELY BLOOMS collection. I'm an "emotion scrapper" - I express my thoughts, my feelings in my projects. The colours I use also very often reflect my feelings. I used (again) my favourite collection - LOVELY BLOOMS. These colors, patterns and of course flowers - I just love them! I think this layout also qualifies for the monthly Pinkfresh Studio Challenge - "Ombre / Tone on Tone" ! Let's get started!

It's a simple but effective layout - in my opinion! I cut white cardstock to 10 1/2 x 10 1/2 inches and used the awesome yellow 12 x 12 paper as base.

I punched out hearts with the wonderful Shaker Heart Die Set using various papers from the 12 x 12 LOVELY BLOOMS Paper Pack as well as LOVELY BLOOMS Journaling Bits.

I also cut out my photo in the shape of a heart. I punched a small hole in the curves of each heart so that I could thread the yarn through.

I decorated the hearts with elements from LOVELY BLOOMS Ephemera Pack, LOVELY BLOOMS Floral Ephemera, LOVELY BLOOMS Chipboard Stickers, LOVELY BLOOMS Cardstock Stickers, LOVELY BLOOMS Puffy Phrases and of course LOVELY BLOOMS Enamel Dots.

After decorating, I threaded the hearts onto yarn. I fixed the yarn on the back with Washi Tape. I also attached the individual hearts with 3D Foam after threading them on. Now the white cardstock is glued onto the base paper. The Heart to Heart layout is finished!
