Hello everyone! It's Susi here today sharing with you a new Layout using the wonderful Chrysanthemum collection from Pinkfresh Studio. It's so lovely. I love all the florals and embellishments! Although it is a small collection it has a endless possibilities to create great projects. I love it!
I made a 12 x 12 scrapbook Layout with hand stitched, the stamp from the collection and the beautiful embellisments.
Let's get started!
The base of the layout is a white 12 x 12 cardstock. First off I drew a half heart on the right side with a pencil, then I used a punch to make holes in it and stitch it. This time I did chain stitch. I love it! Next, we are playing with the Chrysanthemum Stamp stamping some flowers around the heart. I used Hybrid Ink Pad: Detail black but you can choose the color you want.
Now It's time to decorate the half heart with florals and embellisments from the collection. Stick all of them around the heart. You don't need to use foam 3D to create dimension since the stitched helps to get it.
To frame the photo I picked a chipboard frame and I decorated it with elements from the Ephemera Pack . I completed the decoration of the heart with text and the Mini Alpha Stickers .
To finish I created an envelope I made with the Floral Envelope Die to add on bottom left of layout. I also stamped a floral. To add an extra touch I added splashes with black ink and enamel dots from the collection.
