Hello crafty friends, it's Camino here!
Today I'm sharing a new layout using the beautiful Xmas collection Festive Fun. This collection adds a special sparkle to the colors of Christmas, from classic reds and greens to sparkling golds, silvers, and soft winter whites, bringing the magic of the season to life.

STEP BY STEP:
1-Create the background. First, we punch holes along the outline of the design we want to embroider. Next, we choose the colors from the collection's palette and embroider the background. These stitched paths create movement and guide the eye toward the central cluster. The texture adds quiet dimension without overwhelming the page.
2-Build the Scene. Now we use fussy‑cut designs from the collection. Today, we are cutting stars: plenty of them! D’ont forget to place them in different layers using foam adhesive to create soft volume. The goal is to tell a story by building a Xmas scene full of color and meaning.
3-Create a good Title. The beautiful puffy alphabet from the collection helps us create the most appropriate title so that the composition makes sense and has a clear purpose. In this case, Love, Joy, Peace… three words full of meaning, especially at Christmas.
4-Add the final details. Finally, we add the photo and decorate the page with tiny enamel dots, to give the composition an ethereal touch.

TIP: Before stitching, lightly mark your sewing lines with a pencil and make sure all your layers are in place. It’s much easier to adjust papers and embellishments before sewing than to remove stitches afterward. A little planning can save your layout and keep your Christmas design looking clean and polished!
On the other hand, let your thread color work for you. Match it to your papers for a soft look or choose a contrasting color to highlight your stitching and add festive detail.
In scrapbooking, Christmas colors do more than embellish a page. They help tell the story of cozy gatherings, sparkling lights, cherished traditions, and joyful celebrations.
