Color Wheel Layout | Susi Becerra
Hello crafty friends! It's Susi here today on Pinkfresh Studio blog sharing with you a new 12 x 12 scrapbook Layout using the beautiful Garden Bouquet Washi and the new ink cubes.
Let's get started!
First off, I drew four concentric circles on white cardstock. The circles measure one inch wide. Then I cut out each circle. i picked colors from the new ink cubes to create the color wheel and I inked up the circles. I used the following colors: Limoncelo and Citron, Sage and Eucalyptus, Sunkissed and Mimosa, Lavender and Candy violet.
Next, I adhered the circles onto a 12 x 12 white cardstock. Previously I cut a piece from the circles. To give them dimension I used adhesive foam 3D. Then I completed the circles with hand stitching using coordinating threads. To frame the photo I used the gorgeous Around the Shape: Circles Stamp. Next I used the Garden Bouquet Washi and some images from Rainbow Floral Washi to decorate the circles.
Then, I stamped sentiments around the circles using black ink . As a final touch I added enamel dots and the word Love .
I hope you liked it and inspires you to create layouts using washi and inks. Thanks for stopping by and have a great day! See you next time!
